Your choices
The panel offers equally prominent accept and reject controls. Customize lets you enable Functionality and Measurement separately, with both off initially. Closing the first panel saves a rejection; closing a reopened panel keeps your saved choices. Your preference lasts six calendar months and applies to this browser on this hostname. It is not shared across devices or domains. You can change or withdraw it at any time:
Clearing cookies or using a different browser means we cannot recognise the earlier choice. A material change in optional processing also requires a new choice. If your browser cannot store the preference, optional services remain off.

The preference cookie is first-party, host-only, uses SameSite=Lax and is marked Secure over HTTPS. It contains no name, email, message or advertising identifier. We keep the associated notice version in the website’s version history. This implementation has no external consent-log service.
Necessary website operations
Netlify delivers the site and handles submitted forms, with Akismet spam filtering. These necessary operations may process network and security data without activating the optional Google services. Saving and applying your preference does not require optional consent.

Functionality: protected enquiry form
The enquiry form and Google reCAPTCHA load only when you enable Functionality. Google receives device, network and interaction information and may use cookies and browser storage for risk analysis. You can contact Sofia by email without enabling it; the WhatsApp link is also available independently.
Withdrawing Functionality removes the embedded form. This stops further loading from that document but cannot remove cookies or storage on Google’s domains, or undo data already transmitted. Use your browser’s controls and Google’s privacy tools for those records.

Measurement: Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics (measurement ID G-S0N6HSF6JD) loads only after you enable Measurement on the production website. It measures page views and basic visit statistics, including traffic sources and approximate location. Enhanced measurement, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. The contact form’s contents are not intentionally sent to Analytics. Development and deploy-preview versions do not enable Analytics.
Rejecting or withdrawing Measurement disables collection on this browser and deletes this site’s Analytics cookies. Google consent signals are updated to match the choice, with advertising purposes always denied. The 180-day cookie lifetime is separate from Google Analytics account retention and aggregated reporting. Event-level retention is configured for 2 months and user-level retention for 14 months, with the user-identifier period reset by new activity. See the privacy policy for details.

Links, assets and browser controls
WhatsApp and Instagram are external links. They are contacted when you follow the links, rather than being loaded as page widgets. Fonts and photographs are served locally: displaying them does not request Google Fonts, Font Awesome or Unsplash. No advertising or social-feed widget is embedded by this site.
You can also inspect or delete website cookies and storage in your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking all first-party cookies prevents us from saving a choice and keeps optional services off. Contact and rights information is available in our privacy policy.
